High anti-collision protection level
According to the "Design Specification for Highway Traffic Safety Facilities", anti-collision levels (such as A level and SB level) are classified. Bold columns, multiple horizontal bars, and reinforced bars are used for reinforcement. Some highway bridge guardrails are also equipped with corrugated beam structures, which can withstand the impact force of 1.5-40t vehicles, prevent vehicles from falling under the bridge, and greatly reduce accident hazards. -
Strong wind resistance and stability
Suitable for high-altitude and windy environments of bridges, columns and bridge bodies are reinforced with pre embedded (embedded during pouring) or chemical anchor bolts. The overall structural wind resistance capacity is ≥ 0.5kN/m2, and it is not easy to loosen or shift after long-term use; Pedestrian bridge guardrails also consider crowd congestion loads to ensure safety during dense traffic. -
Excellent weather resistance and anti-corrosion performance
For bridge environments with high humidity and salt spray (cross river/coastal bridges), the substrate is made of hot-dip galvanized steel (double anti-corrosion) and 316 stainless steel (salt spray resistant), and the surface is treated with fluorocarbon spraying and dipping to prevent rain, moisture, and ultraviolet radiation, avoiding structural corrosion that affects the protective performance. -
Balancing landscape and safety:
The design can match the bridge style (such as simple straight lines for municipal bridges and curved/artistic shapes for landscape bridges), with low visual interference colors such as light gray and silver white selected; Vertical pole spacing ≤ 10cm (to prevent children from drilling out), with smooth/anti climbing treatment on the top, while not obstructing the driver's line of sight to ensure driving safety. -
Highway bridges:
highway cross river bridges and national/provincial highway cross river bridges on both sides, suitable for the collision prevention needs of high-speed vehicle traffic. -
Municipal bridges:
city main road overpasses and elevated bridges, taking into account both vehicle collision prevention and pedestrian fall prevention. -
Pedestrian Overpass:
The edge of pedestrian overpasses around urban commercial districts and schools, ensuring the safety of dense pedestrian traffic. -
Landscape bridges:
Cross lake bridges and pedestrian bridges within the scenic area, matched with landscape design styles on the basis of protection.
Core materials: hot-dip galvanized steel pipe (municipal/highway bridge), 316 stainless steel (coastal bridge), aluminum alloy (lightweight pedestrian bridge)
Size specifications:
Highway bridge guardrail: height 1.1-1.5m, single section width 2-4m, anti-collision level A/SB
Municipal pedestrian bridge guardrail: height 1.0-1.2m, single section width 2-3m
Surface Treatment
Galvanized steel version: hot-dip galvanizing+fluorocarbon spraying (corrosion resistance upgrade)
Stainless steel version: brushed/mirror polished
Fixed method:
Highway bridge: pre embedded type (column buried at a depth of 50-80cm, poured with the main concrete of the bridge)
Pedestrian bridge: chemical anchor bolt fixation (M16-M20 anchor bolt)
